Sugar House Island - Plot R4

Residential project for 90 units in Sugar House Island, Stratford, East London

Prior to the work on Plot R1, Studio Meda prepared a reserved matters application for apartment block Plot R4 at the southern end of the development with 90 residential units and about 650sqm of retail.

As the project is significantly smaller than Plot R1, a more homogenious approach of a unifying plinth in dark brick and a grid of buff-coloured architectural concrete with inset brick upstands has been proposed.
